Kusum — for functions and temple days
Kusum is jasmine, tuberose and rangoon creeper with almost nothing beneath it. Mysuru mallige is famous; this is the same register.
Neer — for April and May
Neer is citrus and marine over a cedarwood-patchouli base, with no sweetness in it — the right answer for the few genuinely hot weeks.
