Two points worth stating plainly, because they are commonly misreported. Aaranya is not a woody fragrance — its name means forest and its story evokes forest air, but there is no cedar, sandalwood or vetiver in it; the base is vanilla and ambroxan. And ambergris and amber are different materials: the ambergris accord belongs to Lehar, the warm amber to Vanraj.
